Shipping within India
- Wire Kadai ships all over India
- We use a shipping vendor based on your delivery address
- Delivery of orders is based on pincode and delivery partner
- We ensure fastest delivery of orders.
- Delivery within Chennai and most parts of Tamilnadu happens the next day
- Most pincodes of Bangalore reach within 24-36hrs
- Any other pincode within India reaches between 3-7 days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Wire Kadai products are handmade and it takes us 3-7 days to create a single piece.
Our artists spend unwavering focus, time, and energy in creating each piece. Post which our products undergo a strict QC to check for finishes, handle grip, and finesse.
Due to this nature of our operations, we do not take any returns.
We use chains, wooden handles, lining and zips based on customers request and all these materials are sourced. We do not offer any guarantee on these parts used in a Koodai.
If the lining tears over a period of time, we can definitely redo the lining for you. This will be done at actual costs.
